You will fill out our CYO information sheet at checkout. This will provide us with the information we need to start creating your own celebration package. We will put together a PREMIUM package option (cost range: $300-$500) OR an ULTIMATE package option (cost range: $1000-$1500) based on your CYO information sheet. Your $50 creator fee will be applied towards your final CYO package purchase price.
